Coexistence, Jeevan Vidya and Madhyasth Darshan
A. Nagraj's philosophy reaches people through three names. Each one opens the same understanding at a different depth, so the right name depends on where you are today.
Coexistence (SahAstitva) is the starting point for newcomers. It introduces one idea: everything that exists is connected and in order. Short workshops of 3 hours, 1 day or 3 days make it easy to begin. SahAstitva is the Hindi form of the same word.
Jeevan Vidya, as given by A. Nagraj in Madhyasth Darshan, is the knowledge of the conscious self. It is the best-known name, recognised through large introductory workshops, the Jeevan Vidya Shivir, that run for 1, 3 or 7 days. You can begin here directly, without attending a Coexistence workshop first.
Madhyasth Darshan is the philosophy itself, and the source of every definition used in the other two. It is the name to follow when you want to study the books written by A. Nagraj.
The content does not change from one name to the next. Only the depth does. Every word also carries the meaning this philosophy gives it, which can differ from everyday use. That is why each name has its own article, with the words explained at the right level.
If these ideas are new to you, start with Coexistence. If you want a full introduction, join a Jeevan Vidya workshop. When you are ready to study the books, move to Madhyasth Darshan. After the workshops, you continue your study in the Madhyasth Darshan Study App.
